MTII was established in 1998 by Steven Paul Zarbatany and is now the premier training provider. With a dedication to customer service, the tenets of adult learning, motor skill development and cutting edge technology MTII has continued to grow.

MTII uses the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's diverse curriculum offerings. MTII employees four MSF certified RiderCoach Trainers, has developed the MTII RiderCoach Mentoring Program, and has more than 60 MSF certified RiderCoaches.

MTII has a partnership with motorcycle dealers to provide the best equipment and facilities through MTII's Dealer R.E.P.P. The Dealer Rider Education Partnership Program allows dealers to contribute to the mission to train riders in the safe operation of motorcycles and scooters. Dealers get involved in ensuring that motorcycles, classroom and supplies are always at their best.
